Brian and I (mostly Brian) are trying to absorb all the information we can right now.
Henry and I gave Family Friendly Farming and Holy Cows & Hog Heaven (both by Joel Salatin) to Brian for Father's Day. The other books are from the library. As you can see, we have been reading a lot of books by Joel Salatin. Right now we are big fans of his.
In case you can't see, the center book in the back is on beekeeping. We would really love to be out on the land right now really getting started, but this will do for now.
